Choux Pastry Masterclass

Homemade choux pastry blows that shop bought mush out of the water. And once you know how to make it, you'll never look back! It doesn't take long and a small batch of the batter makes a lot of eclairs or profiteroles.
But if you don't know what to look for in your batter, it's tricky. So let us shortcut all the mistakes we made for you, and teach you how to master choux in our new Class.
You will learn:
- How to make choux pastry and pipe it into eclairs and profiteroles
- How to bake it correctly so it doesn't collapse
- How to make French buttercream for a filling
- How to make a ganache for a topping
Yes, we know this isn't your traditional choux filling and topping, but it's a Three Little Birds version and it's deeelicious! And will teach you a few great techniques.
The introductory cost for this class is £95pp and the maximum students per class is 4 so you will get plenty of hands on support. You'll take home a box of your choux delights and all the recipes we've used.
