Our lemon curd is just the right side of zingy, made with local organic eggs and Dales Dairy butter. Use in cakes, on toast, or just add a spoon and enjoy.
 
Our salted caramel is silky smooth, made with Dales Dairy double cream, and nothing short of heavenly... use as a sauce on puddings, pancakes, to dip churros into, to swirl over a slab of cake.
