Traditional, rich fruit Christmas cake, stuffed full of fruit, cherries and steeped in generous amounts of brandy. Comes iced with a layer of marzipan and a layer of our thin Italian fondant with a handmade Holly wreath finished with a gold bow. Presented on a fondant covered board with red ribbon.
 
Available in sizes 4" (10 finger portions) and 6" (20 finger portions).
